Project introduction

The completion of various projects on Harborne Road and Greenfield Crescent – part of Calthorpe Estate’s new Edgbaston Village. Set to be a high profile retail/residential project at the centre of Edgbaston Village’s plans all projects attracted a great amount of both public and professional interest.

How the work was delivered

The new schemes comprise of a parade of premier retail units blending the richness of period character with the cool openness of contemporary style. The units benefit from open plan retail space behind full height glazed elevations and deep pedestrian walkways. A high visibility site to both vehicles and pedestrians, the new units represent an opportunity for a range of retail and leisure uses. Customer car parking is provided to the rear along with full landscaping.

Successes

What started as a singular project, 16 – 22 Harborne Road, developed into a close collaboration with Calthorpe Estates. The success of this first project saw our relationship build, our remit expand and subsequent works awarded on Greenfield Crescent and Edgbaston Village.
